      I take 250 mag. citrate before bedtime and 250 mag taurate in the morning. The taurate has helped with my heart palpitations I used to get but no longer do. It also helps my anxiety. It makes you sleep better if taken about a half hour before bedtime. Gweneth Paltrow said she does the same on the Dr. Oz show yesterday.

    This is such an important mineral. I have been suffering from severe pain after a car accident, my muscles have been in such spasm in my neck for 4 years now due to the trauma and 3 herniated disks, I cannot relax them and have tried everything. I am trying magnesium IV’s and they are really helping. For the first time in 4 years, my neck muscles do not feel like solid rock! The DR says the people with fibromyalgia benefit greatly from magnesium IV’s. So, its definitely something to be aware of and find more information if you think you might have a deficiency.
